Returns and Exchanges

Wrong size? Prefer a different colour? Over spent this week? We understand!

All products must be returned in an undamaged, as-new condition with all labels and product swing tags attached. Products for Return & Exchange will be accepted 30 Days from date of purchase. 

To return your item, please email us; hello@mintcyclesco.com and include your Order Number. 
You will receive a Return/Exchange Form and Return Authorisation Number (RA#) to print off and include in your return package. Please use a prepaid AusPost bag to ensure you have a Tracking Number handy.
This form will enable you to elect whether you wish to return or exchange your item.

Warranty

We aim to provide exceptional quality and customer service with our products. If you believe your item to be faulty upon receiving, firstly we do apologise if this is the case.

For Warranty Claims, please email us at hello@mintcyclesco.com. 
We require your proof of purchase/Order Number and a description of the fault. Please provide photos as they will help us to understand the issue you may be having. 

If your item is deemed faulty, we will replace or exchange it immediately or provide a refund, whichever is preferable for you.
